Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within various software platforms
- Manage and organise electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company standards
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing inquiries appropriately
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members
- Support administrative tasks including supporting a retail warehouse team and processing invoices
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve data management processes
- Ensure all data entry activities adhere to confidentiality policies and quality standards
Experience
- Ability to maintain pace and accuracy inputting numbers and data
- Ability to do database word searches which rely upon good spelling
- Good computer skills and excellent typing speed
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication standards
