Fives Trent Park is looking for a reliable and energetic Evening / Weekend Duty Manager to lead operations at our busy 5-a-side football centre.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with experience in leisure, hospitality or sport who enjoys leading a team and delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the venue during shift
- Lead and supervise staff on duty
- Deliver excellent customer service to all players and guests
- Manage pitch bookings, leagues and matchday activity
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues quickly
- Ensure health & safety, cleanliness and facility standards are met
- Complete opening/closing procedures and cash handling

- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Passion for sport and customer experience
- Available for evening and weekend shifts.
- Evening - 4pm-11pm, Saturday - 9am-6pm, Sunday - 9am-4pm or 4pm-10:30pm
