Support Worker | Days | Handforth | 12 Hour shifts | Driver
We are looking for an additional team member to work alongside a team of reliable, experienced and talented support workers, providing support during the day and sleep in night shifts for our client with Downs Syndrome. Our client has a busy social calendar so will need a driver to enable access to the community and regular activities that he attends. Support required with daily living and out in the community
(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 12-22 hours per week, you may be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)*

Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
Full clean drivers license
NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
Content on working alternate weekends
