Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads and assess client needs to tailor sales approaches effectively
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information within the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow-up plans
- Assist in organising and participating in virtual or face-to-face meetings with potential clients
- Support the creation of customised proposals and presentations to prospective clients
- Track and report on outreach activities and lead progress through the sales funnel
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to optimise outreach efforts
- Travelling to visit clients and prospects is expected.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with clients
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
- Experience in the construction industry
