About the role
We are a busy online retailer based in Glasgow and one of the UK’s leading sellers of football shirts, sportswear and personalised products.
As our production operation continues to grow, we are looking for an additional person to join our in-house print and personalisation team.
The role will primarily involve producing personalised football shirts, T-shirts and other garments using:
- Heat press equipment
- Direct to Film Printing
- Other garment printing and finishing equipment
We also operate commercial embroidery and laser engraving equipment, so previous experience in either of these areas would be a significant advantage, although it is not essential.
What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Printing and personalising customer orders
- Operating heat presses and DTF printing equipment
- Preparing garments and artwork for production
- Checking finished products for quality and accuracy
- Working efficiently to achieve daily production targets
- Helping keep the production area organised and running smoothly
- Learning to operate additional equipment as required
Depending on your experience, there may also be opportunities to work with our embroidery and laser engraving equipment.
Who we're looking for
Previous experience within printing, garment personalisation, embroidery, engraving or a similar production environment would be strongly preferred.
However, we are also interested in people with good practical skills and relevant transferable experience who are comfortable working with machinery and have excellent attention to detail.

- Willingness to learn new equipment and production methods
Experience with heat presses, DTG printing, DTF printing, embroidery machines or laser engraving machines would all be advantageous.
Full training can be provided on equipment you have not previously used.
