Duties
- Accurately pick items from inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Pack products securely, ensuring they meet quality standards and are ready for shipping
- Heavy lifting up to 20kg
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and organizing inventory for easy access
- Conduct quality control checks to verify product integrity and order accuracy before dispatching
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments against documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency
- Using tape guns and packing materials
Experience
- A solid and consistent work history
- Proven recent picking and packing experience is essential
- Experience using pick sheets and tape guns is essential
- Excellent attendance, punctuality and reliability
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and documentation requirements
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
- Good level of physical fitness
- Prior experience in quality control processes within a warehouse setting
- Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
