Our Selby venue is looking for a Bar Manager to run this busy quality bar.
You will be required to be responsible for the hotel in all aspects of running a busy hospitality business. Duties will include staff management, ordering and stock control, with inputs & responsibilities into the daily management of the entire bar operation.
You will be the point of contact for both staff and customers alike, you must have excellent customer service skills, a fantastic attitude & work ethic, be willing to learn, and be able to work in and lead a small team. We are looking for candidates with a strong F&B background, and who has solid experience in a management role and the right all-round candidate who can be involved in the management of all departments,
This is very much a hands-on management role focusing on all areas, but especially the bar. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant / Duty or Deputy Manager in a busy bar, although not necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate.
This is a full-time position that would suit someone who is looking to develop their skills within a busy bar environment, and able to focus on every aspect of the business.
