We’re looking for an enthusiastic, confident Team Leader to join our clubhouse bar team and help deliver the friendly, relaxed service our members and guests love.

You’ll be right at the heart of the action: serving customers, supporting your team, keeping standards high and helping create a great atmosphere in the bar. This is a hands-on role where no two shifts are the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead by example and support the team throughout the shift.
- Help run the bar and clubhouse smoothly, ensuring our members and guests receive friendly, attentive and relaxed service.
- Brief the team at the start of each shift and make sure everyone knows what’s happening, from daily priorities to events and functions.
- Support the team to maximise sales while keeping an eye on stock, wastage and costs.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and service across the clubhouse.
- Carry out opening and closing duties and ensure procedures are followed.
- Keep an eye on stock levels and support regular stock checks and line cleaning.
- Deal with customer queries and complaints professionally, involving the management team when needed.
- Help deliver and host functions and events, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Motivate and encourage the team, creating a positive and enjoyable working environment.

- Has a genuine passion for hospitality and great customer service.
- Is confident, friendly and enjoys interacting with people.
- Can take responsibility and lead from the front.
- Is organised, reliable and able to stay calm when things get busy.
- Wants to develop their skills and progress their career.
- Has a positive attitude and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.
- Hospitality, bar or customer service experience would be an advantage, but your attitude and potential are just as important.
The hours
This is a minimum 32-hour-per-week role.
As we’re a 7-day-a-week business, flexibility is essential. You’ll need to be comfortable working a combination of weekends and evenings to meet the needs of the business.
