About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Wheel Refurbishment Specialist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role involving the refurbishment, repair, and finishing of alloy wheels to a high standard.
While previous wheel refurbishment experience is desirable, it is not essential. Full training can be provided for the right candidate with the correct attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Refurbishing and repairing alloy wheels to a high-quality finish
- Preparing wheels for painting (cleaning, sanding, filling, masking)
- Painting and lacquer application where required
- Inspecting wheels for damage and ensuring quality standards are met
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous wheel refurbishment or bodyshop experience (preferred but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and committed
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
