We are recruiting for an experienced Bar Supervisor to support the Club Manager in ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and quality are maintained. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communicating with others in a professional manner to ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to our guests, to make every day feel like a holiday.
Role: Bar Supervisor
Location: Newton Hall Country Club, Staining, FY3 0AX
Hours: Between 10 – 40 hours per week. Must be able work weekends and evenings.
Salary: £13.89 per hour
Shift pattern: Thursday to Monday
Role overview
- Taking drinks and food orders, dispensing and serving as required.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the venue.
- To address any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- To clean the beer lines weekly following all health and safety guidelines.
- Shift supervision of daily cash flow, sales, checks and balances.
- Using the in-house booking system and preparing the games in the hub.
- Supervising, motivating and engaging the bar team at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry with strong knowledge of customer service and food and drink practices and procedures. Additional training will be provided.
- Able to use online booking systems.
- Able to produce right to work documentation (e.g. passport or birth certificate & NI document).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with team members and guests effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Be aged 18 or over in order to sell alcohol.
