Overview
We are seeking versatile and skilled tradespeople to join our team as All Trades Electricians, Multi-Traders, Bathroom Fitters, Kitchen Fitters, and Roofers. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to work on a variety of projects across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidates will possess a broad skill set, including electrical expertise, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, and maintenance. Candidates should be proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. A valid driving licence and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Duties
- Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with safety standards and client specifications.
- Install, repair, and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, roofing systems, and other building elements.
- Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, CCTV installations, and general property maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by liaising professionally with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, or structural components.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Manage the organisation of tools and materials on-site to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical work, maintenance, or building trades such as bathroom fitting, kitchen fitting or roofing.
- Valid driving licence is essential for travel between sites.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic IT skills are desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks across various trades with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Good physical fitness to handle manual labour associated with building trades.
