The Role
As a Senior Support Worker or Support Worker, you’ll help young people develop the confidence and practical skills they need to live independently.
Your role will include:
- Building positive relationships with young people.
- Supporting education, employment and independence.
- Teaching everyday life skills such as cooking, budgeting and tenancy responsibilities.
- Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive routines.
- Safeguarding young people and maintaining professional boundaries.
- Completing daily records and working alongside partner agencies.
- Helping maintain a safe, welcoming and supportive home.
No two days are ever the same, but every day is an opportunity to make a real difference.
Although you’ll often work independently, you’ll always have the backing of a supportive management team. Our Registered Manager, Deputy Manager and Duty Manager provide 24-hour on-call support, so help is never far away.
About You

Salary & Benefits
Support Worker
Up to £13.40 per hour (36 hours per week permanent contract, dependent on experience)
Typical annual earnings of £27,500–£31,000, based on a rota that typically includes two sleep-ins per week, with regular overtime and additional shifts available.
Senior Support Worker
Up to £14.70 per hour (36 hours per week permanent contract, dependent on experience)
Typical annual earnings of £31,000–£34,000, based on a rota that typically includes two sleep-ins per week, with regular overtime and additional shifts available.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay with regular overtime, additional shifts and sleep-in opportunities.
- Permanent contracts from 24 hours per week, with additional hours and full-time opportunities regularly available.
- £40 per sleep-in.
- Fair rotas, planned well in advance wherever possible, with typically no more than one weekend per month.
