Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, developing insightful visualisations, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Duties
- Gather data from Patient Management System (HIS), Electronic Medical Records from Bloom EMR (Electronic Medical Records), finance systems, and other healthcare applications.
- Validate, cleanse, and maintain data quality and integrity.
- Develop and manage datasets, databases, and data models..
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project management activities and ensure timely delivery of analytical solutions.
- Create detailed documentation using Visio for system architecture and process flows.
- Support database design efforts to optimise data integrity and accessibility.
Preferred Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare providers, or healthcare consulting will be addon.
- Knowledge of data standards and governance practices.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
