Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Window & Door Fitter to join our professional installation team.

- Salary to be negotiated, dependent on experience
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in window and door fitting
- Confident working independently or as part of a team
- Competent installing: Windows, Doors, Composite doors, Bay windows.
- Roofline (fascias, soffits & guttering) is preferred but not essential.
- Capable of making good to a high standard, including render and plaster
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Commitment to delivering a quality finish on every job
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to train and support an apprentice
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Willing to take direction from the Installation Manager
- Desire to contribute to business growth and maintain 5-star customer feedback
- Willing to work in line with our company values
- ABILITY TO INSTALL A MINIMUM OF 4-5 ITEMS PER 2 MAN TEAM PER DAY.
Desirable not essential:
Experience installing warm roofs and conservatory roofs
