Job Title: Professional Shop Retail Supervisor

Our Pro Shop is a key part of the club, serving both members and guests with top-level service, expert advice, and quality products. We’re now seeking a passionate and driven Pro-Shop Retail Supervisor to support the shop in its next exciting chapter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Pro Shop.
- Support Pro Shop Team with inventory decisions, including stock control, ordering, product placement, and merchandising.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales and shop visibility.
- Deliver high levels of customer service and support.
- Identify new business opportunities and avenues for growth to ensure the continued success and evolution of the shop.
- Ensure all systems and customer service processes are maintained to the highest standard.
- Work collaboratively with the professional team to align shop performance with wider club goals.
About You:
- Previous retail or Pro Shop retail experience (preferably in a golf or leisure environment).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of golf products and the golf industry (desirable).
- Commercially minded with a passion for delivering great customer experiences.
- Organised, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying opportunities for growth.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, stock management software, and basic digital marketing tools.
