Overtime paid at time and a half
Rygor Kidderminster are looking for an experienced and qualified Technician to join their brilliant team at their Mercedes-Benz dealership in Kidderminster. Your role will be to keep their customers’ vehicles on the road, via quality, safe and compliant maintenance. The right candidate will be able to deliver an exceptional service to the highest quality.

️Day to day, you will be:

Performing major and minor repairs to Mercedes-Benz trucks.

Performing regular inspections and general preventive maintenance services.

Maintaining inventory in the workshop and ensuring cleanliness from oil spills and dust.

Working with repair teams to help diagnose and plan repairs for the vehicles.

Maintaining records of vehicles that have been repaired, using all appropriate modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.

Completing relevant documentation and paperwork as required and providing warranty claims or escalating them to higher management.

Carry out wheel alignment and tyre fitting.

Complete customer documentation while working to agreed time scales.
️ Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:
Qualification - You will need to be level 3 (NVQ or City and Guilds or IMI Qualification) in Vehicle Repair and Maintenance, plus you will have experience in carrying out diagnostic and service repairs. What’s more, you will need the ability to identify worn & faulty components in accordance with the DVSA Standards and have a current, full UK driving licence for the relevant vehicle classes.
