Finance Administrator

As Finance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring invoices are raised accurately, payments are managed efficiently, and customer accounts are maintained to a high standard.

What You'll Be Doing as a Finance Administrator
Customer Accounts

Raise customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring income is correctly recorded.

Monitor customer accounts, allocate receipts, and maintain accurate sales ledger records.

Support credit control activities, following up outstanding balances and resolving account queries.

Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
Business Support

Work closely with business partners across the airport to provide finance support and respond to account-related queries.

Build positive working relationships with internal departments, helping ensure financial information is accurate and up to date.

Support the wider Finance team with financial information and reporting as required.

Contribute to the efficient running of the sales ledger, ensuring finance processes are completed accurately and consistently.
Finance Administration

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation in line with company procedures.

Assist with month-end finance activities, reconciliations, and other routine accounting tasks.

Contribute to improvements in finance processes, helping to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the department.

Undertake other finance duties appropriate to the role, supporting the wider Finance team where required.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll be organised, accurate, and confident managing financial information. You'll enjoy working with colleagues across the business, building positive relationships while helping ensure customer accounts are managed efficiently.

Experience in a finance or accounts role, with a good understanding of transactional accounting, sales ledger, or purchase ledger processes.

Knowledge of accounting systems and experience maintaining accurate financial records.

Experience communicating with customers, suppliers, or business partners to resolve account queries.

An AAT qualification is desirable but not essential.
