About the role
The Stakeholder, Partnerships & Marketing Manager will drive engagement in, and development of, sustainable supply chains across multiple agricultural commodities, building relationships with major food and beverage companies and representing the VIVE Programme's tools, including carbon reporting, regenerative agriculture, and the VIVE verification and assessment framework. The role combines a strong grounding in sustainable supply chains and agriculture with brand-building, marketing, and stakeholder engagement to grow VIVE's reach, credibility, and impact globally.
Tasks & Responsibilities

Develop and grow strategic partnerships with major food and beverage companies, representing VIVE's programme tools, including carbon reporting, regenerative agriculture, and the VIVE verification and assessment framework, and building a pipeline of prospective partners from initial engagement through to onboarding and long-term collaboration.

Develop and execute the VIVE brand strategy, and lead marketing activities, industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership content to raise the profile of the programme.

Build and maintain a strong network of stakeholders across the food and beverage industry and wider agricultural supply chain, organising client and partner meetings, presentations, and workshops to deepen engagement.

Collaborate with the Regenerative Agriculture & Carbon Programme Manager and the extended VIVE, white & raw sugar, food ingredients, and packaging teams to align partner engagement with programme delivery and identify opportunities to grow sustainable supply chains.

Track and report on partnership engagement, pipeline development, programme progress, and marketing/brand performance, and monitor market trends and regulatory developments within the sustainable sourcing space.

Mentor and lead junior team members, helping to build their knowledge and experience in partnerships, marketing, and stakeholder engagement.

About you
We are looking for someone with the following skillset and attributes:
Essential:
-
Substantial, senior-level experience (typically 7-10 years) in sustainable supply chain development, partnerships, or stakeholder engagement within the food & beverage, agricultural commodities, or sustainability sector, with an established network and demonstrated experience managing relationships with major food and beverage companies.

Strong, well-underpinned technical understanding of sustainable supply chains, regenerative agriculture, and carbon accounting, with the credibility to represent VIVE's technical programme tools, including the GHG Protocol, SBTi FLAG (Forest, Land and Agriculture), and frameworks such as the SAI Platform's Regenerating Together Programme, to external stakeholders, clients, and industry bodies.

Strong commercial understanding of commodity markets, mass balance systems, and supply chain dynamics, with the ability to help clients structure commercially viable, sustainable supply chains; specific knowledge of sugarcane and sugar beet supply chains and industry would be a big advantage.

Strong marketing and brand-building experience, with a track record of developing brand strategy, campaigns, and market presence, and delivering high-profile industry events and conferences.

Excellent relationship-building, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with a collaborative, partnership-driven approach, a global outlook, and confidence engaging C-suite, procurement, sustainability, and technical stakeholders.

Degree in Agriculture, Sustainability, Business, or a related field; a further qualification in sustainable supply chains or agriculture is an advantage, with willingness and ability to travel internationally and attend events as required.
