MPA Recruitment is recruiting experienced Health Care Assistants to support care homes and healthcare services across Ballymena, Antrim, Larne and Whiteabbey.
Whether you're looking for regular agency work, additional hours or shifts that fit around other commitments, you can tell us when and where you're available to work.

What you'll be doing
You'll support patients and residents with their day-to-day needs, including personal care, mobility, meals and emotional support, while working alongside the wider care team to provide safe, compassionate care.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 6 months' paid care experience within the last 5 years
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care or equivalent (preferred)
- A caring, reliable and professional approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in the UK
- NISCC registration
