Key Responsibilities
· Handle incidents and service requests through the IT Help Desk
· Support end users, client devices, printers, and Microsoft 365 services
· Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and SCCM
· Operate and continuously improve Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and cloud services (Azure/AWS)
· Support the operation of networks, firewalls, and security solutions
· Analyze and resolve issues within the workplace and infrastructure environments
· Manage software deployment, patch management, and lifecycle management
· Coordinate and collaborate with external service providers
· Participate in IT projects and contribute to process documentation and standardization
· Support telephony and mobile communication services
Requirements
· Experience in IT support and IT infrastructure operations
· Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, and endpoint management
· Basic understanding of networking, cloud, and security technologies
· Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
· Strong service orientation and communication skills
· Self-motivated, structured, and responsible way of working
· Good English language skills
· Willingness to continuously develop skills and undertake occasional business travel
Responsibilities, Decision-Making Authority, and Delegated Powers
· To ensure clear definition of responsibilities and accountabilities, an internal RASIC matrix (Responsible, Accountable, Supporting, Informed, Consulted) is used.
Hours of work:
39 per week, Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 12.50pm
OR
39 per week, Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm, Friday 7am to 11.50am
Annual Leave
25 days plus bank holidays, with an option to purchase an additional 5 days.
Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
