ATA Sameday is looking for reliable and motivated self-employed XLWB Van Owner Drivers to join our collection operation.
You’ll be responsible for completing customer collections efficiently and professionally, visiting multiple locations throughout the day within approximately a 45-mile radius of the depot.
If you’re an experienced driver who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and wants the freedom of working on a self-employed basis, we’d love to hear from you!

2-Hour Route
4-Hour Route
6-Hour Route
7-Hour Route
8-Hour Route
9-Hour Route
➕ Extra Mileage: £0.21 per business mile
What You'll Do

Start your day at the depot – start times may vary depending on operational demand

Complete multiple customer collections throughout the day

Collect and scan parcels accurately

Cover a collection area of approximately 45 miles from the depot

Provide a professional and friendly service to every customer

Safely load and handle parcels
-
Ensure all collections are completed efficiently and on time
What We're Looking For

Your own XLWB van

A full and valid UK driving licence

A reliable and responsible approach to work

Ability to safely handle heavy parcels

Good time management and organisational skills

Previous delivery or courier experience is desirable

Ability to work independently

Excellent customer service skills

Payment
Payments are made two weeks in arrears. Once established, payments will continue weekly, maintaining a two-week delay between work completed and payment received.
