Overview
The Office Junior is responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and ensuring a professional, efficient service is provided to colleagues, clients and visitors. The role involves carrying out a range of administrative, reception and operational duties, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within required timescales. This position provides valuable exposure to different areas of the business and offers an excellent opportunity to develop a broad range of workplace, administrative and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide reception services for the Oxford office of Reeds Solicitors LLP, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.
- Open, scan and distribute incoming post via email as required.
- Prepare, frank and dispatch outgoing post.
- Manage client communications, including printing and posting correspondence from all offices through the Case Management Print Tray system.
- Complete printing requests for the Rock team.
- Photocopy, scan and prepare documents as requested.
- Provide case administration support by monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring enquiries, court information and correspondence are directed to the appropriate colleagues.
- Support wider administrative and operational requirements across the business.
- Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Team Leader or Management Team.
Person Specification
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to work.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, clients and external contacts.
- Good IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise effectively and work well under pressure.
- A flexible and collaborative team player.
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing new skills.
- Committed to delivering a high standard of service and taking pride in their work

Pay: Up to £14,580.00 per year
