Role: Deputy Manager - Supported Living
Salary: up to £28,762.50

Standby Healthcare are recruiting for a Deputy Manager in Blackpool, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established provider supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health challenges. Due to company growth, they are expanding their fantastic team who are dedicated to providing support their residents and provide the best care. You will have support from an experienced senior management team.

Role responsibilities:
- Oversee day‑to‑day running of supported living services.
- Ensure the service meets CQC regulations and organisational policies.
- Lead by example in promoting dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life.
- Manage multiple support locations or individual packages as required.
- Report and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with local authority and CQC requirements.
- Ensure staff understand and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate incident, accident, and concern logs.
- Complete internal audits, spot checks, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records, daily notes, MAR charts, and documentation
To be successful you will:
- NVQ Level 5 in young peoples services - preferable
- 2 years experience in a supported living setting
- Prior experience with CQC
