What You'll Be Doing
Leading a nursery room and inspiring your team
Delivering engaging EYFS learning experiences
Supporting children's development and progress
Overseeing observations, assessments and planning
Building strong partnerships with parents
Maintaining safeguarding and high-quality standards
Creating a positive, nurturing and stimulating environment
What We're Looking For
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
Previous Room Leader experience or strong senior practitioner experience
Good knowledge of the EYFS
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Passion for providing outstanding childcare
Positive, organised and proactive attitude
