Healthcare Assistant (Domiciliary Care) – Full Time
Responsive Care is looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join our growing domiciliary care team. You'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients in their own homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and support with daily living.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Support mobility and meal preparation.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in clients' wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
- A caring and professional attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential – full training is provided.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable due to the community-based nature of the role.
