Main Duties
- Complete all compliance administration associated with new business
- Ensure that all new business is input into iO accurately, including fee expectations Monitor new and ongoing business progress and chase outstanding requirements Produce client valuations as requested for new and existing clients within specified deadlines
- Packaging suitability reports with enclosures completed accurately including illustrations, Key Features Documents and recommendation agreements
- Working directly and effectively with paraplanners to resolve queries when adviser is not available
- Involvement in project based work when required
- Accurate and timely updates to work log Provide updates to adviser on case progress to help manage client expectations
- Produce quotations as requested using iPipeline or other databases as required and producing illustrations on provider platforms
- Preparing and issuing Letters of Authority (LOAs)
- Send information and reports directly to clients
- Deal with clients in relation to queries on their policies/investments and ensuring that any necessary changes are completed by the product provider
- Liaise effectively with clients, product providers and the team
- Provide any general information as requested by clients or the team
- Answer the telephone in a polite and professional manner
- Assist other members of the team as required/requested
- General typing of correspondence
- Co-ordination of Adviser’s diary, such as making appointments and booking meetings using internal systems
- Attend relevant internal or external training Attend provider training sessions in relevant subjects
- Dealing with inward/outward post Producing tax packs
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties, as requested

Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Previous experience in an IFA environment Interpersonal skills – able to work as part of a team and communicate professionally with clients
- Proactive – willing to continue to develop, be enthusiastic
- Highly organised, methodical, disciplined and meticulous
- Ability to prioritise
- Computer literate – Outlook, Word, Excel Excellent keyboard skills
- Knowledge of Intelliflo (iO), provider websites (particularly Quilter/AJ Bell/Aegon (Cofunds)/Fidelity) would be preferable Basic product knowledge (tax on main investment products – ISA, General Investment Accounts (GIAs), pensions, investment bonds)
This role offers 3 days at home and 2 days in the office.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Up to £37,000.00 per year
