We are a cafe specialist on selling bubble tea in Chelmsford. We are hiring the cafe assistant who is required to:
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare bubble tea and other drinks to a high standard
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly smile
- Take customer orders and handle payments
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Assist with restocking and daily shop duties
- Handle shop opening and closing duties independently (training provided)
Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekdays and weekends (Both Saturday & Sunday)
- Positive attitude, energetic, and reliable
- Always greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Good communication skills
- Not suitable for summer/temporary job seekers (long-term position only)
Preferred:
- Previous experience in bubble tea / café / hospitality is an advantage (but not essential)
- Education: High school required
