You don’t need any previous sales or property experience for this role. We care much more about personality, drive, and a willingness to learn. We’ll teach you everything you need to know from day one, giving you the hands-on support and coaching required to climb the ladder and build a long-term career with us.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning the ropes of sales, client communication, and negotiation through daily, practical training.
- Meeting and greeting prospective buyers, registering their details, and helping them find the right product.
- Managing inquiries, handling offers, and helping push sales through to completion.
- Teaming up with experienced managers to hit your targets and track your progress.
- Jumping into regular workshops to sharpen your sales strategy and communication skills.
Your Career Path

- Month 1-3 (The Basics): Learn the fundamentals of sales, registering applicants, and handling everyday client chats.
- Month 4-12 (Stepping Up): Handle trickier negotiations, start helping out with newer team members, and take on more responsibility.
- Longer Term (Leadership): Move up into senior roles or management training, learning the ins and outs of branch operations and strategy.
