Overview
We are seeking a skilled or semi-skilled HGV Technician / Fitter to join our maintenance team here at Griffins Logistics, Tuxford, NG22 0PQ.
- Flexible start times available - 11am-12 noon to 7pm Monday to Friday.
- Regular hours.
- Twice a year Saturday mornings required for LOLER testing.
- No out of hours call outs.
- Additional hours if required.
- Hourly rate up to £22.00 per hour depending upon experience / ability.

This is a hands-on role carrying out (PPM) servicing, repairs and maintenance on vehicles and trailers in our depot workshop.
Applicant Requirements:
- Ability to work to a high standard.
- Ability to problem solve working alone and independently.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Take pride in their work.
- Must be IT literate (Microsoft and internal systems)/
- Must have a car and valid driving licence with less than 6 points.
- HGV license and Forklift certificate would be advantageous but not essential.
- Reliable, with excellent time keeping is essential.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety with the ability to dynamically risk assess their daily tasks and activities.
