Responsibilities
- Provide professional hair cutting, coloring, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Perform specialized beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other cosmetic services.
- Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Offer personalized beauty consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products, upselling where appropriate to enhance client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering techniques, styling trends, and customer service excellence.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas following health regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques through ongoing education and training.
Skills
- Proven experience in store management or overseeing salon operations is highly desirable.
- Expertise in barbering techniques with the ability to deliver precise cuts and grooming services.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor that fosters client loyalty.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in performing eyelash extensions and makeup application for diverse occasions.
