We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimise our supply chain processes. Responsibilities
- Manage transportation schedules using systems such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and SyteLine to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.
- Analyse logistical data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for supply chain optimisation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, 3PL providers, and carriers via phone and email, maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Oversee the organisation of logistics documentation, including shipping labels, customs paperwork, and delivery schedules.
- Support the utilisation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) tools to enhance operational workflows.
- Assist in the planning of freight movements, ensuring compliance with safety standards and organisational policies.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry tasks within systems like SyteLine and other ERP platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical issues promptly and efficiently.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including shipping & receiving procedures.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex logistical data for decision-making purposes.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Competent data entry skills with high accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Organised approach to managing multiple tasks simultaneously within a dynamic setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments such as warehousing, procurement, and transportation providers.
