We have a strong approach to customer service and thanks to our rapid growth, are looking for Vehicle Technician to join our growing team in the Bury and Nelson area of Manchester.

The Role of our Technician:
- Perform repairs, servicing, and mechanical work from routine maintenance to complex repairs
- Diagnose faults using advanced diagnostic tools and methods
- Ascertain parts required to resolve the issue
- Conduct road tests and report findings accurately
- Ensure all work meets “right first time” standards
- Accurately log job times, parts used, and technician notes
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards at all times
- Deliver an agreed level of service KPI’s Skills
What you’ll need as our Technician:
- Applicants should hold a recognised qualification, such as a Level 3 Diploma or City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent ).
- min. 4 years previous experience of a similar position.
- Full UK Driving Licence (preferably clean).
- Ability to handle various tools and heavy equipment.
- Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protection against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.
- The ability to work as part of a strong and well-established team.
Working Hours
This role offers an average of 42 hours per week, typically worked Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour unpaid break each day.
You will also be required to work weekends on a rota basis (alternate Saturdays or Sundays), depending on business needs.

Basic salary:
£30,250 – £39,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
Bonus:
Discretionary bonus of up to £3,000 per year, paid monthly and subject to individual and company performance. This bonus is not guaranteed.
On-target earnings (OTE):
Up to approximately £42,000 per annum, inclusive of potential bonus.
