Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills to develop their career within a vibrant organisation. Fluency in English is essential, experience with CRM software such as TecCom, TecDoc and Sage will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services effectively.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to maximise engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets and expanding our existing client base.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly during calls.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Familiarity with CRM software, will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a target-driven environment. Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
