At our residential home in Beeston, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. Based in the town of Beeston, our home provides a safe and supportive environment for individuals. As a support worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their quality of life and promoting their well-being.
We are currently looking for a Support Worker to join our service in Beeston where we operate a 2-week rolling rota:
Week 1 will be 34.5 hours per week (3 shifts) Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Week 2 will be 46 hours per week (4 shifts), Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Shift times 7pm to 7am.
You will have the opportunity to pick up more shifts at any of our Company sites.
What we’d like from you:
NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care
Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in mental health care.
Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to accommodate the needs of our service.
Reliable & trustworthy
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Basic knowledge of mental health conditions and an eagerness to learn and grow.
Flexibility and strong “can do” attitude.
Quality orientation.
What we’d like to give you:
A salary of £14.00 per hour
Emergency shift cover rate of £16 per hour
