Business Support Coordinator
Location: Hybrid Working (Office based in Castle Bromwich, Birmingham B36)
Salary: £28,125 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent) / £15,000 actual salary based on 20 hours per week, plus commission
Hours: Part-Time – 20 hours per week

Carteve Consultancy is a specialist healthcare consultancy supporting care providers across the UK with business development, referral management, tendering support, compliance, and growth strategies. We work closely with providers operating within domiciliary care, supported living, and complex care services.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and motivated Business Support Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business activities, referral management, business development projects, tender submissions, compliance administration, and client support functions.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director and support a variety of projects across healthcare and social care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the consultancy.
- Support referral monitoring and tracking activities.
- Assist with business development administration and opportunity management.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and client documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tender applications, provider registrations, and onboarding documentation.
- Manage shared inboxes and coordinate responses to enquiries.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and diary management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business support documentation.
- Support compliance activities, including document control and policy management.
- Assist with marketing, social media administration, and business communications.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure information is handled securely at all times.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the CEO and wider business.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, office support, or business support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector specifically supported living and complex care
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within healthcare, social care, recruitment, or consultancy environments.
- Experience supporting business development activities.
- Knowledge of tendering processes and provider registration systems.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and cloud-based document management systems.
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance processes.

Additional Information
This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9:30am – 2:30pm. The advertised salary reflects the full-time equivalent salary for advertising purposes, with an actual annual salary of £15,000 plus commission based on the contracted hours.
