We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader to oversee food preparation, kitchen operations, menu development, and team management in a busy hospitality environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety while creating a positive and productive kitchen culture.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee food preparation and production to maintain quality and consistency.
- Develop seasonal menus in collaboration with management.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
- Manage stock, ordering, and food costs.
- Train and support kitchen staff.
- Work closely with front-of-house to deliver excellent customer service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment.
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
- Food hygiene and safety knowledge.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Passion for delivering exceptional food and customer experiences.
Kitchen Assistant – Full Time
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly kitchen team. With all food prepared fresh to order, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, including breakfast and lunch items.
- Support stock control and food margin management.
- Prepare ingredients and equipment for daily service.
- Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and safe.
- Wash and put away kitchen equipment.
- Assist with baking opportunities where required.

Requirements
