We are looking for reliable, detail-focused people to help us produce our growing range of eco-friendly products.
Isca Brands creates products including Revive a Bee and UK Seed Paper, supplying customers across the UK through online marketplaces, retailers and wholesale partners.
This is a flexible, hands-on role involving tasks such as:
* Assembling product kits
* Packing and preparing orders
* Labelling and quality checking products
* General production tasks
How it works
This role is paid on a piece-rate basis, meaning you are paid for the amount you successfully complete rather than by the hour.
You will be provided with clear instructions and quality standards. Once trained, you can work efficiently and earn more as your speed and accuracy improve.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has good attention to detail
* Takes pride in producing quality work
* Is reliable and organised
* Enjoys practical, hands-on tasks
* Can work independently
Previous production, craft, packing or assembly experience is useful but not essential.
Flexible working
The role offers flexibility around your availability. Work may be available on a regular or seasonal basis depending on production requirements.
The work will initially be carried out from our Exeter workspace, with the possibility of additional flexible arrangements for suitable candidates.
