Pay: £13.00 per hour
Moods is an independent café, bar and restaurant based in the restored First White Cloth Hall in Leeds city centre.
We are looking for friendly, professional and reliable front of house team members to join us. This is a customer focused role covering café, restaurant and event service, with occasional support behind the bar when needed.
The role
You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
- Seating guests and managing tables effectively
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Delivering attentive table service
- Processing bills and payments
- Preparing the venue before service and resetting tables
- Keeping customer areas clean, organised and well presented
- Communicating clearly with the kitchen, bar and wider team
- Supporting private events and larger bookings
- Assisting with basic bar service when required
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous front of house, restaurant, café or hospitality experience
- Is naturally friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
- Can stay calm and organised during busy services
- Pays attention to detail
- Works well as part of a team
- Is punctual, reliable and willing to take responsibility
- Can work a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts
