Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team. This role involves cleaning windows of various properties to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience is not essential but will be considered an advantage. A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential.
Duties
- Clean windows on both residential and commercial properties, including high-rise buildings using appropriate equipment and safety measures
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during work activities
- Report any issues or hazards encountered during cleaning tasks to management promptly
- Assist with additional cleaning duties as required by clients or supervisors
