Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Poole
Salary: £30-35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm, plus Saturdays on a rota basis with time off in lieu
Our client is seeking an experienced, ambitious, and highly motivated Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their successful and well-respected team in one of Dorset's most desirable coastal locations. The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position, offering responsibility for managing the lettings process from instruction through to move-in. Working within the premium property sector, your duties will include:
- Conducting rental valuations and winning new business.
- Carrying out property take-ons and marketing instructions.
- Accompanying and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants.
- Managing lettings administration and compliance processes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and generate new business.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey.
About You
Our client is looking for a driven, proactive, and personable individual with a strong track record in lettings and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of two years' lettings experience and ARLA or willing to gain ARLA qualifications with the company's support.
- Experience conducting valuations, property take-ons, viewings, and lettings administration.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Up to date with lettings legislation and knowledge of compliance.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence.
