Gemselect Limited is a reputable developer and house builder dedicated to creating quality residential properties. We are seeking an Experienced Groundworker to join our team in Frederick Road, Hastings, East Sussex. Based in your local area.
Candidates must have the relevant experience and a good understanding of Civil Groundworks.
Duties to include:
- Laying kerbs. edgings and slabs
- Compacting Sub Base
- Hauling Spoil to Stockpiles using dumpers
- Completing road and path subbases
- Bulk excavations and filling using machinery
- Installing plastic drainage manholes and IC's
- Installing / forming concrete manholes
- Dumper/Roller Driving
- General Groundwork duties
- Any other associated tasks
Candidates must have the following:
- Valid CPCS/NPORS CSCS or an alternative qualification for any plant
- Driving Licence
- Full PPE as a minimum
