About the Role
As a Portfolio Coordinator, you'll play an important part in helping us deliver projects that make a real difference to our practices and the people within them. You’ll be working across a busy and varied portfolio of projects, supporting Project Managers and working with colleagues across IT and the wider business.
You’ll help keep projects organised, plans and information up to date, actions on track and the right people involved. There can be a lot happening at once and priorities will sometimes change. You won’t always have a set process to follow or all the information you need from the start, so you’ll need to be comfortable asking questions, working things out and using your judgement about what to do next.
You’ll need to be organised and have a really good eye for detail. You’ll notice when something is missing, doesn’t quite add up or hasn’t been followed through. You’ll be comfortable keeping track of several things at once, following up with people and making sure agreed actions are completed. Just as importantly, you’ll need to enjoy working with people, building good relationships and making sure the right people have the information they need.
We’re a small team, so you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in lots of different areas, contribute your ideas and help us improve how we work. It’s a great role for someone who already has some project experience and wants to continue developing their career in projects and change.

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of projects
-
Maintain project plans, trackers, RAID logs, and project updates, ensuring information is always current and accessible

-
Produce clear, concise project updates and briefing materials for senior colleagues
-
Support the onboarding and change management elements of projects that affect our practice teams
-
Contribute to continuous improvement - spotting what's working, what isn't, and helping us do things better next time
