Female Support Worker - 40 hours per week
We are looking for a dedicated, passionate Female Support Worker to join a well-established staff team to work in our Northumberland Service. Here we support adults with a diverse set of needs including learning disabilities, Physical disabilities and Autism.
The preferred candidates will have experience of supporting people with complex needs, though this is not essential as full training will be provided for people with the right attitude and values.
You will work as part of team at all times and support clients accessing our purpose build six bed unit.
People are depending on you so you must be reliable and responsible. You will need to work flexibly over a 7 day period. The role will include evening, weekend and overnight work, both waking and sleeping shifts.
