Shop Manager – Full Time
Blake’s Bakery is looking for a part time and/or full time Shop Assistant to join our friendly team! We’re known for our freshly baked goods, excellent customer service, and commitment to quality. We have three busy locations across Harrow Road, Shirland, and Harlesden.
What you’ll do:
- Serve customers with a warm and professional attitude
- Keep the shop clean, tidy, and well-presented
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Support with daily shop operations, including opening/closing
- Take initiative and proactively identify ways to improve efficiency, customer experience, and sales
- Work independently and take ownership of responsibilities where needed
About you:
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Friendly, reliable, and organised
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Must be comfortable with early starts, as we are a coffee shop
