We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Temporary Admin Assistant to support our administrative team. The Temporary Admin Assistant will support the business during a busy pre-Christmas period, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently while meeting tight deadlines. This role offers a great opportunity to gain valuable office experience within a supportive team environment, with potential for a permanent role.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting administrative functions during a high-volume period
- Processing orders and associated paperwork accurately
- Maintaining up-to-date and organised records
- Working to deadlines within a fast-paced environment
- Preparing courier labels for UK and international shipments
- Assisting team members with workload as required
- Ensuring all data entry and filing tasks are completed accurately
- Following company processes and procedures at all times
Person Specification
Qualifications
- Good general standard of education (GCSE Maths and English or equivalent desirable)
Experience In / Knowledge Of
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Administrative or office-based tasks (desirable but not essential)

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
