The Role
We're looking for a motivated Retail Sales Advisor to join our team. This is a shop floor based role where you'll help customers choose the right products while driving sales and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in- store.
- Provide expert advise on TV's ,washing machines, fridges and other appliances.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget.
- Upsell add -ons such as warranties and accessories.
- Maintain high standards of product displays and store presentation
- Process transactions and finance options.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Manage stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom areas efficiently
- Handle customer enquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support team members with daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience (electronics/appliances preferred)
- Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Organisational skills to manage stock, displays, and daily tasks effectively
- Interest in technology and home appliances
- Positive, target driven attitude
- Professional phone etiquette when dealing with customer enquiries or follow-ups
What We Offer
£26,500.00 basic salary + uncapped commission
