Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and taking drink orders
- Preparing and serving beverages efficiently
- Handling cash and card payments accurately
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area
- Checking ID and ensuring responsible alcohol service
- Assisting guests with menu and drink selections
- Working closely with the wider team to deliver a great customer experience
- Following all hygiene and food safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred
- Cocktail or bartending experience is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Basic numeracy and cash handling skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
