Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Van Driver to carry out frozen, chilled and ambient food deliveries across Northern Ireland. This role involves multi-drop deliveries to healthcare, hospitality and catering customers, with an emphasis on safe driving, excellent customer service and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily food delivery routes using a company vehicle
- Deliver to hospitals, restaurants, hotels and catering customers
- Load, secure and unload goods
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and record any defects
- Follow all transport, food safety and temperature-control procedures
- Maintain delivery paperwork and PODs accurately
- Provide friendly and professional service at each drop
Requirements
- Full Clean Driving licence
- Experience in multi-drop or food distribution preferred
- Ability to manage manual handling and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of NI roads and safe driving practices
