Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Duties
- Identify and pursue new business leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure new contracts and partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and ongoing account management.
- Develop and Utilise CRM software, to track leads, manage contacts, and analyse sales data for strategic planning.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities or threats.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a B2B environment.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software to improve and implement systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at various organisational levels.
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team setting.
- Organised with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. - Knowledge of the education and training sector, with experience selling or advising on apprenticeships and professional training programmes such as AAT, IAB, bookkeeping, payroll, Excel, finance, and business start-up courses, would be highly advantageous.

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
