Your role
You'll provide person-centred nursing care within a highly structured care environment, supporting adults with a wide range of complex health needs.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing care plans
- Administering and managing medication
- Monitoring and responding to changes in individuals' health
- Supporting personal care and daily living activities when required
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Building positive, therapeutic relationships with the people in your care
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver the best possible outcomes
You'll play an important role in ensuring each person receives safe, effective, and compassionate care throughout every shift.

You'll use your clinical judgement and professional knowledge to support adults living with dementia, physical disabilities, and complex needs, helping them maintain their independence while improving their quality of life.
Before you start, you'll complete online training alongside a one-day, face-to-face practical session, ensuring you're fully prepared and confident in the care approaches, techniques, and safety procedures used within the service.
Flexible shift patterns
Regular shifts include:
- 8:00am–8:00pm
- 8:00pm–8:00am
Flexible working patterns are available, allowing you to choose shifts that fit around your lifestyle.
What you'll need
To apply, you'll need:
- Current NMC registration
- Experience working as a Registered Nurse within a UK healthcare setting
- Experience supporting adults with dementia, physical disabilities, and complex needs (or transferable experience from a similar setting)
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A caring, patient, and professional approach
- The right to work in the UK
- SSSC registration (or a willingness to apply)
- PVG membership (or a willingness to apply)
- A UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
